I would go with the 3rd choice as it is can blend in both environments. Since we spent most of our time deployed to desert areas, the woodland wood be my last choice. I recently did the paperwork to get my record expunged. I have 4 cases. I did the paperwork at the court and this nice clerk lady helped me out. She said it could take up to 6 weeks to get a court date. I received copies of the paperwork i filed out a few weeks ago but it has already been 6 weeks and i have not received any more papers or court date. What supplies should I bring for my camping trip?

I intend to go camping next year, for multiple weeks, during winter in Mississippi (my home town), when it's nice and cool out. I will mainly walk all day through the woods, and sit down and sleep at night, at a somewhat random spot. This means I'd sleep, eat, walk through, and be in unpredictable terrain- clear, grassy fields, muddy swamp areas, woodlands, etc. I will have a friend along with me. I was hoping someone could help me, I need to know what supplies would be important to bring. I have two goldfish in a 10 gal tank. One keeps coming to the surface for air.?

I have both an aerator and a filter. I was reading online that when a goldfish is constantly piping, it means that the tank doesn't have enough oxygen. Also, this tank is relatively new, and the ammonia and nitrites were high, according to water testing done at Petsmart. We did a 10% water change last night (which a PetSmart clerk told us to start doing daily), added AmmoLock, Stress Zyme (to begin the biological filtration). I am guessing that the high levels of ammonia and the fact that the biological filtration takes a few weeks to work is the reason for the piping. Is there anything more I can do to help my fish? Can we increase the daily percentage of water change from 10% to 15% or 20%. If you do a daily water change, what is the maximum percentage of change that you can safely do? We had a goldfish that was doing the same thing, and the next day I found him dead in the tank. I don't want this to happen again.

Anyone know about foxes?

I feed my baby fox "tod" canned evaporated milk as directed by a vet. I'm not sure how old he is but i know he's still quite young. I found him two days ago near my house... i thought he was a cat so i started calling him. And oddly enough he came up to me haha i wasn't too sure what he was at first, I thought maybe just a wild puppy from some house nearby or something... so i broght him home, called up a vet and showed him cuz i was beginning to think he was something else. The vet told me he was a fox, checked in his mouth and it turned out he's been starving... and to force feed him about 2 table spoons of evaporated milk every hour, he's been having a hard time eating so much, he's usually more thirsty for water. I've been looking up everything... learning more and more about him. Good camouflage for Northeastern US woodlands?

I play airsoft/paintball in the northeastern woods of Pennsylvania. To me, this is a quite unusual woodland due to the lighter greens and sharper leaves and plants which, to me, seems like they would only be found in a tropic/jungle. I've ripped through countless patterns--M81 Woodland, Multicam, MARPAT, CADPAT, but I can't seem to find one fit for this area. I mean, there are some darks and other woodland staples but with this awkward touch. Help!

Who would win this USA vs THE WORLD series?

At first I thought this would be a landslide for the US, but then I realized that it's actually not. Steve Nash is a brilliant facilitator, and is in my mind still the best pure point guard in the NBA. D Rose is amazingly athletic, and is a scoring machine, so it would be interesting to see these two polar opposite PGs go at it. Kobe is obviously better than Manu, but by no means is Manu bad. I've always thought that Yao Ming was the more talented center, NOT the better center. He has a fantastic array of post moves that reminds me of Hakeem. Offensively, Yao is better. But Dwight easily beats him on the defensive end. But it seems like, in the few times I remember Yao and Dwight facing up, that Yao always had the better game. Lebron easily destroys Luol Deng. Not even a contest there. Blake is a very raw player. He has the athleticism, but he is not very talented. Dirk beats him there, because of his deadly shooting ability, and his experience. Still, I think Team USA wins, but it's no blowout.

Can you be fired for calling in sick 4 times in over a year?

I have been working as a courtesy clerk (bagger) at a grocery store for about a year and 2 or 3 months now. Recently, I called in sick for the fourth time ever. My manager told me that I call in too much and that its "always on shifts where she really needs me". She told me if I didn't show up or get the shift covered, she would take me off the schedule permanently. I wasn't able to get the shift covered, and felt too ill to go to work that day. I feel this is unreasonable as I am never late, have never had consecutive sick days, and am generally a good employee. Some of my friends who work with me used to call in about once or twice a month, have had no call, no shows, and are frequently late, yet they still have thier jobs and were getting more hours than I was while working there. My main question is if this seems reasonable, and if not, what should I do about it?

He was drafted in 2002 with the six overall pick. It's kind of vague in my memory. I was more focused on his draft mates Jay Williams, Yao Ming, Amare Stoudamire, MIke Dunleavy jr, & Caron Butler. Cleveland was a really bad team back when Wagner started off his rookie year. Plus he was injured a lot and suffered cancer. He wasn't diagnois with cancer until after his third year. I do remember seeing him play a little bit during his college years in Memphis. The only thing that's memorable to me about him is his 100 point game performance in h.s, but I didn't actually witness that.

I live in CA. I was the legal guardian for my two young grandchildren for almost 4 years..until March, when they were returned to their father (against my better judgment), and they all now live in VA. The CA Superior Court judge ordered minimum twice monthly visitations with my grandchildren who now live in VA. Must I register this court order with VA in order to see or talk to my grandchildren? [I miss working at Martin Brower and Valspar] I been laid off since October of 2010 and I knew it was coming because the same issue happen to a previous warehouse I worked at, Martin Brower(2005). Last year I worked for Valspar a Plant/DC site that lost the Walmart account. So that means a decrease in the work load and less money for the company. When I first I heard that we were losing the account during the meeting it was a flashback for me all over again when I was worked for Martin Brower it a similar situation because they lost the Quiznos account so that's how I knew. Some of the employees had no clue because they never been laid before and some had very few warehouse experience. It took about a month before the company announce what was really going to happen during the process of losing the Walmart account and everyone had their own ideas of what was going to happen but I knew differently someone was gettin' laid off and majority of times they go by seniority. It just tough looking for work right now. It's tough in general for me, just life period. I just have to say something because I am tired of being beat down when I'm trying my best to make my life better, **** happens. Growing up was a **** hole for me and still is... Can't I just find a decent job that will help me pay my bills and help me save for my future? I can't even go to school because that requires money, Money, Money, Money. Right now I am living in a low-income studio and my only income is my unemployment benefit and that won't even last. I have none so it is going to be a challenge for me. Hello,im a courtesy clerk at a local grocerie store.Except,Im having a problem clocking into the system! I show up to work on time and I clock in exactly on time all the time except.Monday,was my first day of work and showed up on time and got to work.Well near the end of my shift this person got mad at the cashier because of a coupon or something and I was the one who had to take everything back!! Try taking 33 food products back to there location when you dont know where any of the food is and your new to the job! Well I was late 15 minutes that day! And Tuesday I was so close to clocking out on time! On my way up the stairs the cashier called me right at the last minute and asked me to help take this guy's cart and food out! The guy took like 5 minutes to open his car doors and took 4 minutes to get everything in the car! And he was also using a mart cart so I had to take it back to the store and plug it up! I was also 15 minutes late on Tuesday! I dont know what to do! I really like my job and need this job,but there going to think im frauding the clock! I live in Woodland, Ca. No, it is fairly easy for you to drive from Woodland to Davis. It's only a 10 minute drive if you take SR 113 (between I-5 & I-80), on the other hand you can take Yolo bus to UC Davis, because we all know how terrible parking is there! lol. I have lived in Woodland my whole life and personally I like it a lot. Yeah it is not a very rich town like Davis, but I believe it is a nice place to live. The people here are your average small town local schmocal folk and I have met so many kind and friendly people here over the years. A lot of people from Davis, Natomas, and surrounding areas come out to shop in Woodland as well. It's not unusual for students to live here and make the short commute to UC Davis. I think you are very smart for considering a cheaper option, although it is a nice little town, Davis is a very expensive place to live for students on a fixed income. I wish you luck at UC Davis as well as searching for a place! :)

My boyfriend just had a baby, his name is on the birth certificate, but there are no court orders for visitation or child support. Two days ago they went to court for child support but given the situation me and my boyfriend are in, and what all the mother is asking for, the county clerks said they would hold off on the support and re-scheduled another court date for the 16th. The (5 month old) baby's mother is refusing to allow him to pick up the baby, or take the baby, or allow me to be around the baby. Now she is being.. silly. She demands money and refuses to share information about the baby.. now she is demanding that my boyfriend go to HER house to visit the baby.. like supervised visitation.. which we refuse to allow because we have done that before and all she will do is be so negative to a point where my boyfriend ends up having to leave because of all the things she says about him, or me, or our unborn child, or our eldest children (I have a 5 yr old from another man and he has a 4 yr old from another woman). My question is: is there anything he/we can do to get personalized visitation with the baby so that my boyfriend can see his son without it's mother breathing down his throat? All he wants is a little time to bond, something she has done her best to stop. She has already stated that she wants him to give up his rights and allow her boyfriend to adopt. Lost my proof of insurance card?

I recently cleaned out my glove box and must have taken out my new auto insurance car thinking it was my insurance card for my previous vehicle. Now I can't find the new insurance card. I was pulled over and written up for no proof of insurance. I was told if I bring proof of insurance within 30 days to the clerk my fine will only be $10 dollars. How should I proceed with my landlord situation?

My landlord asked if we would mow the lawn, and when we asked if we could get a rent break for doing it, she freaked out, stating that she was going to raise the rent or kick our third roommate out. Only myself and my husband are officially on the lease, but we know from Burlington, Vermont law (where we live) that our roommate is a legal tenant anyways, so she can't just kick her out. We also know from Burlington law that she needs to give us 90 days written notice in order to raise our rent. The problem is is that she is unreasonable, and if we don't give in to her demand to start paying an extra $100 by August first (which she has asked for by text message, not in written notice, and gave us less than 60 days notice for) and instead request formal written notice, I am 100% positive that when she does give us written notice, it will be to raise the rent by at least $300, if not more. We signed an 18 month lease with her, which doesn't end until April, and had heard from our local tenant's association that we can't be held to a lease of more than 12 months unless it's been registered with the clerk's office, which it hasn't been. Unfortunately, the tenant's association hasn't been able to find this statute, and when I spoke to a local lawyer, he didn't know anything about it either. He suggested that we just give her notice anyways, break the lease, and let her take us to court. If we can't leave legally until April, what should we do? If we try to fight back and insist on notice, we could be stuck dealing with substantially higher rent and her wrath for almost 10 more months. Advice?
