Please help, I need to know something about this girl I like?

My friend that I work with set me up with this girl from another school. We MET at kids creation for the first time with some of her friends and 2 of ming. I tried to talk to her and everything but she kept on playing around. She had so much energy and everything. I was like woah she is different. But that is whyi like her. I texted her and she don't text back like I do... But she isn't looking for a relationship she says and I said well can we meet somewhere else besides freaking kids creation. Im 17 she is 16. 2 weeks into talking to her, i guess i got mad because i called her stuck-up and that totally messed up everything. She is georgous and i like her alot.. but she just seems that she has no interest in me. Its freaking hard to move on. We are still texting to her but I really don't know if she likes me or not. I want to take her out but she keeps saying na. I never had this happen to me.. I am way better in person then over text messages. We only met twice.. The second time was at McDonalds.. I was pissed off.. because she was with a friend. I never can get her to be just me and her.. Should i just move on.. I want to take her out because i know once i do.. I'll have her.. ? but she won't give me a chance.. please help
