What can I do in this situation? Lawyers Only. Need answer by 6/11/11?

I left my car at the dealership and then took it home. At home I found a reciept from Mcdonalds that was located 15 miles from the dealership. I live in Sacramento and the dealership was in Davis, the reciept was from a Mcdonalds in Woodland on that same date and at 3o'clock. At that exact time I was somewhere else and I have people that could prove so. Also there is a Mcdonalds less than a mile away but they went 15 miles to another McDolands. Is there any way I can ask for the service mans schedule so I could see when he was working at what? Also they called at exactly the time they closed and I left my cell phone but they called my house #? Also could I get them to give me any bonus I want? Also can I just get as much info as anyone(specifically a lawyer) could give me on what I can do and what could I ask for without it violation the persons privacy, because this is a very serious bussiness? One more thing I brought it with a full tank of gas and the tank at the dealership was a little over half full. Thanks to everyone who can answer
