How can i shrink MARPAT pants without ruining them?

I have a pair of woodland MARPAT pants, And i wear them for Hunting. Airsoft. Outdoors and as my style. I would like to know... How do i shrink them without being too tight and not damaging the camo pattern. Would it be best if i just leave them a little baggy? Because i still want to wear them as my style in public and stuff. But also wear them for Airsoft and what not
