Is my mother overreacting?

Im making a video to put on you tube with a mexican army soldier, wearing a woodland uniform, black mask and an m14 rifle (airsoft) on the back. It will be me obviously. Were moving to Arizona near the border and she says border patrol is really serious down there. She says they can hunt me down for making that video. I know they wont. Im making it here in ohio not arizona.
