Forest evasion strategic plan?

ok so im 15 years old and 3 friends of mine and i are going to go out in the woods in teams of 2 my and my friend and the other 2 on a team. we found an old trail and i and my friend are going to get a 6 minute head start b4 the other team has to track find us and make it so we cant get to the "extraction point" what are some things that can get us to the extraction point.? im ganna be dressed in woodland camo with face paint and probly a ghilie suit. my friend is going to be dressed in the same. can anyone give us help for strategic planning and walking in medium to high dense forest, also what camo pattern should i use for the face paint?
