Neighbour throwing cat poo.?

I am a cat lover, but I would be very annoyed if 8 to 20 cats not my own were pooping in my garden. I would also throw it back. I would suggest either cat proof your garden to keep your cats in or accept that neighbours will get annoyed and throw the poop back into your garden. I trust all of your cats are spayed and/or neutered at least?
